Responsibilities: 1) The Associate Counsel, Privacy will be part of a legal team responsible for providing privacy and data security legal advice and support to Brands and corporate functions within The Estee Lauder Companies; 2) Counsel and support the Company on all privacy and data security issues in connection with the development and implementation of technology, products and services; 3) Expert on (1) the collection of personal data through online engagement and digital tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, pixels, web beacons) and the use of such personal data in programmatic omni-channel targeted marketing campaigns; and (2) consumer data matching and data licensing for consumer insights projects.
