Responsibilities: 1) Act as litigation counsel for the Company with responsibility for the management of a wide range of product liability, class action, advertising, regulatory, commercial, insurance recovery, and other civil litigation matters; 2) Manage litigation and pre-litigation disputes; will be directly engaged in developing and driving litigation strategy and partnering with the business to identify potential litigation risks and solutions.
