Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented lawyer to fill the position of Associate Corporate Counsel to support our Fulfillment Technology, Operations and Robotics teams. You will partner directly with technology teams as they design, develop, implement and maintain systems, strategies, initiatives, and services to support our operations and fulfillment network. You will (i) provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, software development, licensing, and intellectual property related to the development of new systems and robotics solutions, and (ii) identify areas of risk (legal, reputational, and compliance) and mitigation measures related to technical architecture and program design.
