Job Duties: 1) Under supervision of a senior attorney, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret an extensive range of agreements, including, but not limited to, sponsorship, collaboration, event organization, licensing, influencers, talent, technology, services, and procurement-related agreements; 2) Serve as a dedicated legal support for internal client groups as assign and liaising with other internal business units, primarily on entertainment and media-related matters, including intellectual property rights, content clearance, trademark licensing, publicity and privacy rights, business and non-profit organizations partnerships, public relations matters, and occasionally liaising with news, sports, scripted, unscripted, compliance, and other internal departments.
