Launch your career on the Consumer Regulatory Law (CRL) team where you will work across the firm to advise both business and legal clients on regulatory compliance with a focus on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA role is part of the CRL team, which provides legal support to all of the CCB lines of business and firmwide for key consumer protection laws including: ADA, UDAAP, SCRA, MLA and FCRA. In this role, you will be advising on all aspects of legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to the FCRA with a primary focus on the use credit report information (e.g., permissible purpose, adverse action, risk based pricing, pre-screening, etc).
