We are looking for an attorney to join a dedicated team of in-house counsel in support of Yale’s Endowment and those responsible for its stewardship. As a member of the Yale Investments Office, you will help provide critical support in the following areas: Reviewing/negotiating/coordinating documentation for private fund investments (e.g., limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, separate account documents, and related amendments/support documents).
