Our team supports the Single-Family Division’s business to develop and implement servicing policies, assist with servicing operations compliance, communicate with our regulator the Federal Housing Finance Agency, negotiate and document transactions including servicing transfers, non-performing and re-performing loan sales, and servicer financing facilities. This team is part of the Single-Family Real Estate Department in the company’s Legal Division, providing all-around legal support and advice to the Single-Family Business areas of the company, covering all aspects of residential mortgage underwriting, purchase, delivery, servicing, disposition, and risk mitigation.
