What you'll do: 1) Assist with all aspects of Empower private fund transactions, including review and negotiation of subscription agreements, limited partnership agreements and side letters. Develop skills to be lead lawyer on private fund transactions; 2) Coordinate with the Great-West Lifeco private fund investment team, together with other investors in the Great-West corporate family; 3) Assist with all aspects of Empower investment activities as needed
