Responsibilities: 1) Performs as a specialist in state electric utility regulatory and administrative law, primarily in Washington, DC and Maryland, provides technical and expert legal services to Pepco Holdings, LLC (PHI) and has strong comprehension of the electric utility businesses; 2) Prepares, and revises as necessary, budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel
