The primary responsibilities of this role, Asst General Counsel – IP, are to: 1) Provide legal advice and counsel for IP matters, including patents and licenses, for Global Seeds and US CS organization, in the assigned operational area(s); 2) Participate in the development and implementation of IP strategy for global seeds and US CS in alignment with Associate General Counsel and Head of Patents CS Division; 3) Provide leadership in securing and maintaining meaningful worldwide IP protection for Bayer innovations in global seeds and US CS
