Serve as legal counsel providing legal analysis and advice: 1) Reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs), drafting, negotiating, and interpreting agreements with third parties providing services and technology to Freddie Mac, including outsourcing agreements, cloud-based service agreements, intellectual property licenses, confidentiality agreements and consulting agreements; 2) Advising clients with respect to legal issues arising in the context of these agreements, including compliance, privacy, data security, intellectual property, and liability issues; 3) Assisting clients with disputes
