Assistant General Counsel - Employment Law (3 Days in Office)

In this role, you will: 1) Counsel HR professionals, executives, and people managers on a broad range of employment law issues, including hiring, compensation, promotion, performance management, disability and religious accommodations, leave, corrective action, reductions-in-force, terminations, severance pay, and employee relations policies; 2) Use your employment law expertise, good judgment and common sense to develop creative, effective solutions to often complex employment problems, issues and challenges; 3) Provide guidance to employee relations staff managing ER workstreams on a day-to-day basis.
