Responsibilities: 1) Performs as a specialist in regulatory and administrative law, including ratemaking proceedings, provides technical and expert legal services to BGE and has strong comprehension of the electric and natural gas utility businesses; 2) Under minimal supervision, plans, conducts and supervises complex legal assignments, requiring an ability to evaluate matters that may have a major bearing on conducting the Company’s business; evaluates both legal and business risks and advises clients accordingly.
