Assistant General Counsel - DCRA (Litigation) to handle civil and regulatory subpoenas and requests for information related primarily to Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice, and serve as a trusted advisor, providing legal advice to practice office personnel, engagement teams and other stakeholders; address and advise as to document preservation, confidentiality, privilege, client relations, timing, jurisdiction, legal risk, negotiation strategies, compliance matters and/or the need for consultation with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) leadership, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited counsel, and/or Risk Management personnel
