Assistant General Counsel - Antitrust

Role summary: 1) Provide timely and effective antitrust advice to all business units in support of the Company’s business strategies and objectives; 2) Develop and implement comprehensive antitrust compliance management system (“ACMS”), including policies, procedures and training programs; 3) Represent the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates in connection with antitrust claims, litigation, investigations, and governmental filings, providing efficient management of outside counsel to minimize, to the extent possible, reliance upon outside counsel.
