The Assistant General Counsel (Operations) is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to senior management in all business units with a primary focus on management of non‑employment litigation. Leads tactical and strategic legal projects as established by the General Counsel. Manages litigation involving the company, its employees and contractors. Supervises attorney(s) or other staff who oversee the company's the electronic discovery program.
