Assistant General Counsel – Information Security
The Assistant General Counsel will need to proactively identify potential issues and mitigate associated risks on a wide array of issues related to information security, information governance, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and privacy. The Assistant General Counsel will oversee the small information security legal team and ensure delivery of thoughtful, practical, innovative and timely legal and strategic advice on a wide range of global, federal, state and local legal issues and business initiatives including in continually evolving areas of law such as cybersecurity, privacy, artificial intelligence and data governance; identify and anticipate opportunities and challenges and develop implementable solutions that mitigate potential risks; and continually improve and align the company’s policies, procedures and practices to evolving laws, regulation and company contractual commitments.
