In this role, you will serve as Assistant General Counsel – Strategic Enterprise and Product Portfolio for both HCE’s Connected Buildings and Connected Supply Chain business units based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role covers three key areas: (i) lead strategic enterprise and channel transactions transformation and negotiation across multiple products lines to ensure single simplified contracting and digital contracting across business units; (ii) lead unified product portfolio support in partnership with HCE product teams to ensure comprehensive go-to-market readiness across end-to-end operations; and (iii) develop third party channel-ready legal structures for SaaS, including training and guidance, to ensure market tier global compliance.
