The Associate General Counsel (“AGC”), Ethics & Legal Compliance, provides practical, business-focused advice to enable business and corporate executives to achieve their business objectives in a manner consistent with relevant laws and SPE policies. The AGC supports all aspects of the company’s ethics and legal compliance objectives, including client education and counseling in the areas of anti-bribery, antitrust, economic sanctions compliance, and SPE’s code of conduct. The AGC must possess the interpersonal skills to engage successfully with all levels of the organization. The role requires consistent growth and high-quality execution from a process-driven professional who actively prioritizes integrity, business enablement, and continual process improvement.
