This attorney will advise the Company on matters involving environmental laws, regulations, and best practices related to the Company’s U.S. sites (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, OPA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA) and to product lifecycle management (e.g., TSCA, RCRA, Prop65). In both areas, the attorney will advise the Company on risk management and prevention, as well as assist in the preparation of policies, procedures, and the Environmental Compliance Management System. Ideally, the attorney also will advise on all health and safety related topics (e.g., OSHA reporting and enforcement, safe work practices, audits, management systems).
