Assistant General Counsel, Employment & Ethics

Responsibilities: 1) Identify and assess employment-related legal risks and opportunities and advise Human Resources accordingly; 2) Counsel Human Resources and Ethics & Compliance on misconduct and other investigations relating to potential violations of federal, state and local law, professional practice standards, and/or Firm policy; 3) Review and analyze restrictive covenants and other restrictions in applicants' employment agreements
