The Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Transactions will report to the Vice President and General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions and Ventures and will provide counsel to the Corporate Development function and all businesses across Honeywell in executing joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate transactions.
