Responsibilities: 1) Report to the Americas Senior Counsel and work regularly on contracting and transactional matters involving Latin America; 2) Skilled at working effectively in the both the US and Latin legal environment and have experience bridging those environments, experience on corporate matters a plus; 3) Manage, review, and resolve contracting matters escalated or consulted by the Latin America region, consistent with the Americas contracting policies and procedures adopted by each member firm
