The Assistant General Counsel, HPS will provide counsel to senior management within the company, coordinate with outside legal counsel and may be expected to take on a mentoring role within the legal department. You will analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including contracts, making suggestions for alterations of those documents. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. This position will be based out of the Houston, TX office.
