As Assistant Counsel- Employment, the attorney is responsible for assisting the Employment Counsel (to which this role reports), the Compliance Center of Excellence in Corning’s Law Department (which is where this role sits), and the Corning Law and Human Resources Departments on a wide range of labor and employment related matters in the Company. Preference for this role is in-person in either Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC. Remote work may be an option depending on proximity to Corning facilities and ability to regularly travel to them as required.
