Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures; Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans; Draft and revise policies, handbooks and other employee communication documents so that employees can easily understand what is expected of them; Explain complex employment law issues in a way that can be understandable to a range of audiences; Identify various problem-solving options, including the pros and cons of each option, so that clients can choose the practical and legal solution that works best for them.
