As business litigation counsel in the Legal Department of Yum! Brands – the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill – you will advise and assist our business on pending disputes and litigation risk management. You will work with all levels within the Yum! and Brand Legal Departments, including legal assistants, paralegals, other attorneys, and business teams, to advise and manage Yum!’s e-discovery program; manage outside counsel litigation teams; conduct legal research and draft memos on various litigation issues; prepare dispute updates for senior leadership; and advise the business and other members of the Legal Department on risk of litigation related to various projects and issues.
