The Associate Counsel, Intellectual Property & Marketing will provide trademark, copyright, and marketing legal support to business units in accordance with his/her responsibilities. The Associate Counsel will help manage Under Armour’s global trademark and copyright portfolios, and corresponding clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. The Associate Counsel’s role will also include counseling the business on marketing and advertising issues.
